I love to do Pilates so I stay long and lean. Power walking is great for the workout[aerobic] and the oxygen. I also have an old book by Jack Lalanne and do his exercises and they work. Callisthenics from school I do every so often to break up my routine.
I was wondering if anyone knows what is in Kevin Trudeau's highly anticipated new book about
weight loss. I have seen the commercial info and it sounds he is going to do a spin on the Simeons Slimming method by Dr.ATW Simeons somehow. I have an out of print copy of Pounds and Inches by the original man so I will compare when I read his.
