Pilates and and power walking,callisthenics


I love to do Pilates so I stay long and lean. Power walking is great for the workout[aerobic] and the oxygen. I also have an old book by Jack Lalanne and do his exercises and they work. Callisthenics from school I do every so often to break up my routine.
I was wondering if anyone knows what is in Kevin Trudeau's highly anticipated new book about weight loss. I have seen the commercial info and it sounds he is going to do a spin on the Simeons Slimming method by Dr.ATW Simeons somehow. I have an out of print copy of Pounds and Inches by the original man so I will compare when I read his.

Why not start an online journal and chart your progress with it with us.

I've never heard of Kevin Trudeau or Dr Simeons, sorry. Although weight loss is the desired results for many of us, a lot of people here tend to look at it as an added benefit of moving ahead in their sport rather than an end in itself. or they tend to do bulking and cutting cycles. We get all types.
