newbie


whats up new here. wnat to lose a few pounds and gain more muscle. want to make sure i am doing things right. 33 years old play ice hockey lift weghts and ride a stationary bike . recently quit smoking ( 6 months ago) so thats a met goal well hope i can learn here :

how do you count calories and should i i lost 21 pounds so far but am gaining back but i think in muscle i work hard but need advice on how to eat and to get my abs back( i am married to ha ha )
