I am a 42 year-old working mother of 2 teenage sons. My husband is JDR3 - better known as my personal trainer and discuss fitness poster for the last couple of weeks. He has convinced me that I am ready to start posting my own work-outs.
As a former athlete ---- I am officially out of shape and overweight!
My goals are as follows: (1) daily activity, (2) loose weight to a healthy BMI and (3) challenge myself with cross-fit.
