Hi all,
I'm currently training 3 times a week, doing a bodybuilding workout followed by cardio (approx 1.5 hours in total per workout).
I've been training for about 20 years now....nothing really serious, it's just something I enjoy.
My stats are : 5'10", weighing in at 88kg's......but I'm hoping to shed some of that bodyweight, and bring it down to more around the 85kg area, as I feel that my
body mass is a little too much as my
energy levels are a little too low when I carry too much.
So, that's pretty much me. I hope to speak to you all soon.
