Noobie


Hi all,

I'm currently training 3 times a week, doing a bodybuilding workout followed by cardio (approx 1.5 hours in total per workout).

I've been training for about 20 years now....nothing really serious, it's just something I enjoy.

My stats are : 5'10", weighing in at 88kg's......but I'm hoping to shed some of that bodyweight, and bring it down to more around the 85kg area, as I feel that my body mass is a little too much as my energy levels are a little too low when I carry too much.

So, that's pretty much me. I hope to speak to you all soon.

Kriminal. It would be a "krime" is you didn't take advantage of all the knowledge that is available here.

Jump into the deep fitness waters and start your own training journal in the Online Journal forum. You'll get great support and counsel, and it will be an excellent way to chronicle your march toward superfitness.
