I do have a question on this online program. (FitDay) When you enter a new food it lists "Alcohol" as one of the ingredients. Is this sugar? No package actually lists something as alcohol.
you can also use the daily plate (www.thedailyplate.com) It has a much larger food database (plenty of brand name products) and is a more interactive system. You can add/edit foods, and put in recipes etc.
I used both and while I enjoy the daily plate for its depth, right now I prefer fitday for its simplicity.
Cool, thanks minime. Right now I just need to start tracking my food intake again. I need to find out where I stand and figure out what I need to change. I know I eat way too many carbs at the moment so I need to find a good balance and watch how my body reacts.
I like the idea about interaction with others with that site you recommended. Any help discussing fitness, goals, and progress always helps!
