I'll let others jump in and give you an answer, but I'd like to invite you to start a training log in the Online Journal forum. You'll get great regular feedback from us and you'll be able to chronicle your fitness growth.

I've got some ouchies right now - they go with the turf.

There's certainly no need to work so hard over the course of a couple of workouts that you are discouraged from regular fitness. The process should be both gradual and encouraging. Take it easy, but make it reasonably challenging. The important thing is that you continue on your new path to improved fitness.

Good luck.
