pierini - Moderator introduction

Hello & Welcome to all the newest members of Discussfitness.com

My handle here is pierini and am the newest forum moderator on this great website. I describe myself as a middle-age man, age 51, whose training consists of bodyweight only exercises, running and martial arts. I'm not one of strongest guys on this forum, but I'm likely to be one of the last standing.

Why don't you consider posting your daily workouts in this forum as so many others do. You'll get great support and training ideas, plus great archival benefit on your road to a fitness transformation.

If I can ever be of support to you just let me know with a PM.

Have a great day!

Pax Domini sit semper vobiscum.

I agree with Jason. I have always gotten a lot of great info from you and I think it's totally appropriate to have you in a moderator position.

Thanks guys, but are you trying to soften me up and make me weak for Monday's pullup/burpee torture challenge?

Gooseneck,

What are you doing at Abu Ghraib. I was there for all of
2005. My guys ran the office with the convoy ops, billeting, etc.

Gooseneck,

I spent an enormous amount of time reversing the nutritional damage
of the caterers. It's taken me almost 10 months to correct the damage
of all the salt and sodium in everything they served.

The gym floorplan was rewired and big improvements were made with
such small adjustments

The gym doesn't develope character, it reveals character.
