pierini and am the newest forum moderator on this great website. I describe myself as a middle-age man, age 51, whose training consists of bodyweight only exercises, running and

Why don't you consider posting your daily workouts in this forum as so many others do. You'll get great support and training ideas, plus great archival benefit on your road to a fitness transformation.
