Well after 2 shoulder surgeriers, and spending 12months (non consecutive) overseas (Baghdad, East Timor) its finally time I get back into the swing of things and build my routine up from scratch.
I've been around the site for a few years and used to go under the handle of KoN^ArTiS, but due to the above reasons couldnt keep a program running therefore couldnt get anywhere with my progress but now I'm back and looking forward to the next 3months of smashing my self before the big day of my wedding

The punishment will continue after those 3months ofcourse but those 3months will be the hardest part of it all aswell as the biggest motivator.
Just some more info about myself, I'm 22, 6'1, 93kg, bf is around 21-22% (not accurate) BMI 24.8...... i like long walks on the beach and romantic dinners.......lol sorry wrong site

. Am currently working on my certificate 2 in fitness, and
sports nutrition courses part time while working full time in the australian defence force. Although I dont look the part, I have a fairly broad knowledge in regards to fitness and am willing to help anyone that will hear my point of view.
