Hello fellow comrads. I'm not new to the world of weightlifting. I was on a pretty vigorous training program when i was in High School track and field as well as Club track (8yrs.). Now since i have finished my track career, i am looking to bulk up. I am 6'1, 190 lbs and i excercise everyday. i usually run 4-5 mi. a day and weight train as well. i also eat about 4-5 times a day. mainly chicken, yogurt, brown rice, etc. What i want to know is a work-out regiment that will help me bulk up, yet stay tone? I am also considering taking creatine. I am currently on Mega Mass...its alright, but i want something that will make a difference in my appearance and strength.
