I just recently purchased l-arginine, l-glutimine,and nos(a product made by body fortress) its supposed to help support nitric oxide synthesis, i dont know how long to take these supplements before or after i workout, mabe some more expierenced bodybuilders or writers can help me .
Also want to lean some tips on cutting body fat,and if its better to take creatine powder pre or post workout
