uneven chest
how could i have a even chest??? the right side is not just smaller but it is kinda narrow compared to the right.. there is no muscle growth in the nipple area. its very noticeable my left side is wider and fuller. what really bothers me is the wideness. around the nipple area of my right chest up to the outer pec. its just not gaining thickness. what exercises should i do?? i just started bodybuilding 3months ago but my positioning is pretty good... what can i do with this???? (note: i think i have a "very mild" scoliosis my right shoulder blade sticks out more than the left_not yet diagnosed by the doctor just my observation) could this be the reason or is it another problem??? is there anyone who could help me??? or what kind of doctor should i go to??? do you think their is still a solution????

Everyone has a bit of asymmetry. Although it is noticeable to you, it is most likely not noticeable to anyone else.
As far as gaining mass in the chest (and anywhere else) you'll need to take in a caloric excess of quality food, and you'll need a resistance training plan the addresses the whole body. Keep track of how many calories you're consuming for a few days, then bump it up by 250 for three weeks and see if you start gaining.
What is your routine like now?

i often concentrate on my chest. i usually work it three times a week. monday ill try to go heavy, wed light and friday heavy again.. i do five routines db pullover, pecdeck (and depandin on what part of the chest i am concentrating on) i would do a bench press, dumbell press and flye on either a flat or a decline or a incline bench. believe my chest is noticeable especially if you look at it on right side part. my nipple on the right side is so flat unlike on the left. is there any exercise to gain thickness on the nipple area??? please help

What about the rest of the body? Are you only working the chest?
Are you eating enough calories? Do they consist of good healthy food?

unless you are doing somthing in your daily routine that only works one pec, I suspect you might have rotated "thorax vertebraes". these are the vertebrae that your ribs are attached too.
So baicly when those vertebrae rotate slightly your ribes rotate with them causing an uneven chest. This is very common among almost everyone to varying degrees whether it is visible or not.
I suggest you go see a chiropractor and get his opinion first.

I think you should go for overall mass, and not worry so much about small, barely noticeable things.

yep, a mild scoliosis is what I was talking about. I did not see that you (or liftgirl) had mentioned that in your original posts, but I would have to agree with you guys; as well as what lift girl said about a ballanced program that works all muscle evenly.
Are you a fairly tall lengthy person too? I only ask because its generally more noticable if your super tall with a thin body type. I have a friend who is 6'9 and he has a very noticable coliosis that effects his cemetry whenever he lifts heavy wieghts.
Also, if you normally use barbells, try substituting with dumbells wherever possible. Keep you form perfect as possible and focus on cemetry between both arms and shoulders. I would also recomend you try to increase to fexibility with a regular stretching program. Best times to stretch in my opinion are, first thing in the morning, post workout, and before bed. This will prevent your condition from becomming more exagerated and could possibly lossen up muscles that are holding your vertabrae in rotated positions.

Im assuming youre very skinny guy. Alot of us skinny guys have things like thorx vertabrae, and Winged scapula, and bow legged-ness, tight hams, weak glutes, pretty much weak in all areas. I wouldnt consider it scoliosis in any way, but just that youre lacking many muscles and you need to obviously work on those muscles....
if youre having problems build your chest, or even just one side, then more then likely you have a really weak back... you can tell if you have a weak back if your shoulder blades stick out like wings, if you can see your ribs, if your shoulders lean foward instead of being pulled back naturally, if you can see your backbone.... I once had all these signs.
In order to build a big chest and a nice bench press, you need a big back... General rule of thumb, I think you should be able to pull up your weight several times, and row just as much as youre benching... those estimates are just my guess. it will take time, it took me prolly 3-6months to start gainingg noticable muscle, and build a good base, I still look like gumby, but much better
