Weigh loss

I am 5'4 tall and 186lb which is approx. 30 over weighted.I need to lose these extra pound before August of this year. I am seek every advice possible to help my lose these weight and any suggestion will be grately appreciated.
I was drinking extreme little amount of water I mean about one one half to two glasses of water a day which is not healthy. I have started working on that for the past 2 days and yestersday I drank about 7-8 glasses of water which was difficult but I am persistant to keep up. I notice I have being urining frequently b/w 8-13 time a day which I think is good. I have also cut down eating after 6pm and minimize my rice intake. I will be hitting the gym again as soon my injury recover. your suggestion will be appreciated

Detail out what you are currently eating. Also what are you willing to change to acheive this goal?
