Welcome to our Discuss Fitness community. Consider starting your own training journal in the Online Journal forum like so many others here have done. You'll get great feedback and encouragement from others.

I'm glad you have joined us. Let me know how we can help you achieve your fitness goals.

Have a great day!

Welcome aboard and stick around. This is the best site by far. Not to name any others (ahem ahem) but here you'll get honest, forthright, and tried and true natural information.

Ooh, kind of like chicken soup, but for getting buff.

Really though, welcome aboard, this is the best.

Welcome James. Glad to have you here. Ask any questions you need and someone will do their best to help out. Actually, most likely many will do their best to help out with many different approaches. And if you see someone else asking a question that you think you can help with just jump right in and post up.

We also have general interest discussions going on so get in on them too.

Hoping to see you around the forum.

welcome to DF! We hope you like it here and find what you are looking for!

I second pierini's suggestion to start an online journal, they are great for tracking progress!
