I need a good workout routine!! I have just joined looking for some good answers that aren't going to cost me money. I want to increase my endurance and get faster, but at the same time increase arm strength and abdominal muscles!! Please give me a routine that will help me!!

I do not have any equipment at the time but I should be a member of the YMCA by January.
In that case, you should consider looking into bodyweight workouts. A past newsletter has an excellent article by Pierini, one of our resident bodyweight gurus. You can access it from the home page.
