Yup I am a newbie to this forum anyway...
I have been actively lifting for 1 and a half years but have only been serious about the nutrition end for 6 months or so. It makes a Big Difference. Any way I also have cycled for years "cranked out" a few centuries and done alot of other cardio, but now my focus is body building. Not to be monstrously huge but to be bigger and cut. I have gained about 20lbs in muscle so I am achieving my goals. If your wondering Yes I do occasionally enjoy a cigar. Any way I hope to gain knowledge and insight into bodybuilding and help impart my knowledge to others. Have a great day!
