I've been using the search feature and coming up with post that refer to other DF posts (rightfully so) . The problem is that all the old links are no longer correct and flip you back to the main forum list page.

This is a pain if you are looking for an original definition of something linked like what is the movement in a jaster shrug! Lots of references to it come up but the links are all dead!

OK not all links but enough to make it frustrating and give up before making it through the whole list on a search.

I've experienced the same thing. This has only happened since Andy moved the forum files to his server. What do you say Andy, is there a quick fix?

I will look into a quick fix. This has to do with the fact I had to move the forum files to the /forums/ folder for search engine indexing. If I cannot come up with a quick fix (next couple of days) I will have to think of a solution next week once I get to Buenos Aries (right in the middle of packing right now).

I think I found a solution to our broken link problem. Ok, can someone help me out and see if the old links are working again?

I tried themand they were all dead dead dead in this thread except for the ones which went to the access denied page.

I guess I just needed to refresh my browser. You site admin people are always right!

Links to the jpgs work fine now (all though the access denied pages that are supposed to be links to "sneak peeks" still don't work)
