Embeded Videos?

Is there a way to embed videos into the posts on this site? I am putting some videos in my log and I think it would be easier for people to follow if they didn't have to click on an external link all of the time.

Pretty sure you gotta add them as an attachment using the go advanced button.

shouldn't be too hard for folks to just click the link for an attachment.
