How do I add a picture under my username?

To add a picture (it's called an 'avatar') underneath your posts:

1. Find a picture that is no larger than 50 pixels high, by 50 pixels wide.
2. Click the 'User CP' button at the top right of any Discuss Fitness page.
3. Inside the 'User CP' area, click 'Edit Avatar' from the menu.
4. Browse your computer, locate your image and then upload it.
5. You're all done - congratulations!

To find images that are small enough to use isn't hard. You can either find your own picture and resize it using some photo editing software, or you can visit one of the following links and download an existing image to use:
