How to report a scammer?

Appreciate that you guys are often on top of this, just found a couple of threads probably deliberately put in less frequented forums (sports chat and female bodybuilding) Couldn't find a 'report this post' option, is there one? Feel free to tell me I am stupid and put me in my place :

Jaster's got it right ... just PM a Moderator. You can easily reference the suspect post by clicking the post number, found in the extreme upper-right-hand corner of each post. Then copy the URL from the address box of your browser. As an example, clicking the #3 that references this post opens a new browser window and displays my post all by itself. In the browser address bar you'll see: http://www.discussfitness.com/showpo...78&postcount=3
