Is my (Merrida) old account deleted too?

I got an email telling me to try again, and to click on a link, but the link brought me to my fake account "Merrida_" and that seems to be the only one I can access. But I really want my old one, just regular ole Merrida back again. When I try logging in cold, it won't even acknowledge "Merrida" but automatically goes to the Merrida_ account.

I'm still needing help activating my Merrida account.

I'm trying to be patient, but can anyone else help me reactivate my old account? Pleeeeease?

This is so frustrating.

Just another joy of when changes and reformating takes place,....a bunch of other stuff gets flushed too.

Out of curiosity, besides the fact that we could all log on and no one was locked out of their accounts,...what was wrong with the old regular format that seemed to be doing just fine? Just curious,....

Anyhoo, since I have no way to reach anyone or anything, can someone higher up, the powers that be, help me get my ole account again? That'd be just peachy. Thanks.

They didnt like how the words and everything was so spaced out. They wanted everything so close together that even us who have a 65" TV for a computer moniter cant read it without thier bifocals on! lol sorry for poking fun guys...

Re: your other post, you know that IS how I feel....with 7 whole posts to my name it does sort of undermine the history I worked really hard at establishing here on DF and I do miss what came with that. Seven little posts reminds me of the noobs that come on here that most of us tend to take with a grain of salt until they do the grunt work we all end up doing to prove we really are in this community for the long haul and we are here to build relationships. I do miss that part.

And I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who is not digging this new site. I wonder if it'll be worth all these problems.....

.

PS: Even with good eyesight, I thought it was just ME who was having a hard time reading this new format. It's way too busy, the words/fonts are just way too small and I'm squinting trying to read it. Man I miss the old forum.

I hope that doesn't put me on the bottom of the list trying to get my old account back into action! Eeeek!

Hello Merrida or is it Merrida_?

I took a look at the control panel and wasn't able to see what the problem is. I'll talk to the powers-to-be when they return on Monday and I'll do my best to get you back in your preferred saddle as soon as possible.

It's okay my friend, I'm now good to go. Perhaps some psychic connection or something but eventually my neophyte Luddite ways found a track back into the forum.

Thank you for the efforts ------ most appreciated.
