Question

My e-mail notification doesn't work

My e-mail notification seems to not be working. I have it set on "instant e-mail notification" but it still doesn't send me any e-mails when I'm subscribed to a thread. Is there anyway I can fix this? Thanks in advance for any help.

Check your profile and make sure you have the correct e-mail address included there.

Just to make sure - do you have "instant e-mail notification" checked in your Control Panel under Options?

And you subscribe to threads when posting a reply or creating a thread?

I think you would have to go in and edit a post you made, then click on the unsubscribe this thread. I have already done that to one of your posts. Please let me know if it works or not. Thanks!

Sorry guys, I just noticed that the e-mail notifications are being sent to my spam mail folder, so they are being sent. I don't know why they are being sent to my spam folder, even though they were never sent there in the past; but, they are being sent. Now I have to try to figure out how they can be sent to my actual mail folder, but if not, I'll just deal with checking my spam folder. Thanks for the help anyway.
