Suggestion: New layout/colors to site, rankings

Reason: This is a boring layout, and rankings would also help to spice up the forums and perhaps give some credibility to those that give decent advice.

I think the layout is fine... sometimes less is more. It has a professional look that would be better than something flamboyant which would come across as gaudy.

As far as the rankings go... what if we had it so only mods could give people rankings up to a certain point, and once people meet that certain point, they can then give other people rankings too. This would allow for people with credibility to start it all up and keep people who would mess with the system out of the way.

This isn't going to happen. Having seen an example of what you like (that black and fake chrome site) I don't think we would ever suit your tastes!

I figured my reasoning could go unsaid....

I feel less censorship, less moderation, and more personal responsibility will improve this site (and I do like it by the way, this is for making it better).

I think there are places and times to be serious, and this being the internet...i think we should all lighten up and have a good time while still adhereing to the TOS.

One thing that has been getting on my nurves is the fact that at the top of every post it says the time but this is not right for my time zone. I think that there should be a way to change it in the user cp or it should be automaticaly changed to the correct time or each persons time zone.
