A bouncer.

Going to be working for my friends bar every Saturday night. Pays $100 bucks for about 6 hours of work. Good supplemental income for chilling with friends pretty much.

Sweet gig most of the time.

Did that for about a year when I was 18. Couldn't drink. Couldn't step behind the bar. But could work the door. Just hung out, had fun, and only maybe 5 or 6 times actually had to do anything. Getting paid for getting... Umm for asking young ladies of approximately 21 years of age for phone numbers. Yeah, that's what it was.

Yep.....most of the time. I used to work the door at my university pub, best (easiest) job i've ever had. Basically got paid to hang out and chat with everyone.

Then when I moved to Alberta I worked at this real shady bar for about 4 months and it licked balls. Fights every night, tons of smoke in the air. The wet T-shirt contest nights were fun tho......

Congrats on the new job.

I've watched some good bouncers. I was impressed by the teamwork, the professionalism and instant covering or each other's backs. It was like Roadhouse, without so much violence.
