Yes, grasshopper, before you learn to disarm an enemy, you must first learn to disarm yourself.

Think about it... a gun has a longer "reach", it's more intimidating (exposing it is likely to defuse the situation), it's easier to "land a shot", it can take care of multiple attackers and finally, it's more powerful! Even Kimbo goes down with hot lead.

Adreneline? I got 13 more rounds for that...

unconsealed carries are the best, I agree!

all i meant was gun battles in public aren't safe....

and has nothing to do with shady buisness, or fair fight.

back in the 50's a guy from the west side named Vinnie, walked up to a guy named Frank, put a gun to Franks' head and fired, Frank lived!!!!

look up Harry "the hunchback" Riccobini from south philly, I think he even took about 13rounds total, he resembles "atom" allittle old man!!!
On one occassion took the guys gun even?

just having some fun!

Well regardless of where you're at, I can't think of anything less safe than a gun fight, and I hope to God that me, or anyone I know, would never be put into such a situation. But I'd rather have a gun and not need it, than need it and not have one.

I guess anything could happen, hell the Atom took a bullet between the eyes!

But you gotta admit that you've got better chances stopping an attack with a sidearm than anything shy of a hand grenade

like I said, an exposed pistal is best, heck I'd carry unloaded if it where strapped to my side for everyone to see, most aren't going to even try something then.
but an unloaded pistal is useless when someone else is loaded, but it's still a prevention.

Press ups on hard floor will harden the knuckles as will punching hard surface to a limit.
I dont mean smash yr hands on a wall to destruction.
When i took my 2nd Dan blk belt we had to break slate tiles and planks of wood.
We used rice punch bags and gravel punch bags.
Hard at beginning but hand was like brick, today if i tried to break wood my hand would collapse
