You can take almost any stance and someone, somewhere will claim that it won't work or that they got excellent results doing the exact opposite.

There are a lot of general ones like "use compound movements" and "consume plenty of efa's"......blah blah blah that most people will agree with but there will still be people who disagree with you on that.

Ultimately you need to find what works for you and go with it.

It's a Poliquin thing... Fairly new stuff... It's as close to spot reduction as anyone's ever come I think...

In very basic terms, it revolves around different skinfold sites and fat storage in correlation with hormonal balance... So, if you're storing fat on the lower back or chest, there's a hormonal reason for this, which you can remedy, effectively shedding the fat from that particular site...

Of course, I haven't been to a BM seminar or taken the course, nor have I experimented with it at all, so I really can't explain much deper than that, but it's pretty groundbreaking stuff nonetheless

Can you do the opposite and use it as an alternative for breast augmentation? (The bodybuilder, fitness and figure chicks should love this one)

ahahah wouldn't that be something... Chauvinist pigs like myself could secretly up our girls' intake of whatever and be rewarded with titties...

I'll have to take this up with Chuck the Midget...
