hi all, its Tweeter. lol just checking some of the old posts that i made and responded to, cant believe its been that long!!!
i have been lifting since then on and off, just coming back from a off again. looking forward to starting a new journal, because this time i added and WILL stay with cardio(my enemy,lol)
offer my advice and soak up knowledge once again
right now im figuring out my
drop weight for my routine, and getting my body use to running.
again its good to be back, and its nice to see some of the old "faces" and look forward to chatting it up with you guys/gals in the forums again!!!
