Yes the january trainers i love um!, cos in feb i buy their new training gear up cheap.

that is freckin hilarious, and so true luke.

not only is it frusterating to workout in the gym right after new years, but being a trainer also adds even more frusteration. i should be happy to have new clients (which i am) but it is very hard to give them an effective workout when you can't get on the assisted pull-up machine or on a bench or even find space to do burpees etc or a treadmill for intervals...it's nuts! i guess they will fall off soon. oh and we think last week was bad, i predict that next week will be worse. the first full week after the the holiday season.
