Reg Park passed away in November

Reg Park passed away on November 22, 2007 after fighting skin cancer for several months. He did a great deal for the sport of bodybuilding throughout his years. NABBA Mr. Universe winner in 1951, 1958, and 1965. Followed in the footsteps of Steve Reeves and became the star of several Hercules and sword and sandal flicks in the 1960's. Hero and inspiration to Arnold.

He was certainly a good influence to many people, myself included.

The younger people here at DiscussFitness may not know of him, but those in my generation definitely do. I remember reading about him in the Strength and Health magazines when I was growing up.

A great man, i was trained for a while by a student of his a Mr Charles button
They served in the army together.
Have a rew videos of him with Diane bennet, sergio olivia, Mike quinn etc sad loss
