we just got 6 inches of snow as of 948am est time toledo ohio! I called off of work, because with 2 inches we were already at a lvl 2 snow emergency, and there were 5 semi truck accidents, and 20 car accidents and I-75 SB was closed for several miles... now the roads are clearing up but were expected to get another 3-6inches on top of the 6 we got already!
Im Going Sledding B!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Peace!

We were supposed to get it too (I'm in east central Illinois) but it missed us. We've had lots of snow this winter anyway.

haha for you guys!!!
well anyways we tried sledding and um.......didnt go so well, its too wet to sled on, and there was 8 inches, and we go to a golf course to go sledding , cause theres this long range of hills there... so instead we made huge fricken snowmen.....iit was perfect you could start a little ball and roll it, and it would pick all the snow up like carpet.... so we made a 6 foot snowman first, and my girlfriend had the briliant idea of making a penis <---sorry, shes an idiot but funny..... people were walking by, awstruck.
she made it out of snow and it was genuine looking, and she attached it to it....my god anyways lol.
we made are second one, I had the idea to start the ball at the top of the hill, we made the ball big enough where we couldnt push it no more, and then we slowly let it roll down the hill, while slipping and trying not to get ran over, we made the ball 6foot tall, just as tall as the on snowman.... we made are second ball about 2 feet, needless to say we couldnt pick it up, specially that high..... I wish our Strongman Contestants were there........ thats right down there alley.
p.s. sorry bout the story, I delete if need be! we did take pictures of it tho, lol.

Go ahead and post the pics. Weather related pics (snow, lightning, etc) always make for great pictures!

I'm moving south first chance I can. I hate the weather, but I love the Red Wings. Gonna have to get NHL Center Ice so I can watch all their games when I move.

Are you moving anywhere close to where an NHL franchise plays? You can always go see them anytime they're in town. I always try to do that since my two favorite teams aren't local teams. I actually like the weather where I am because you get a little bit of everything. I like the seasonal changes and would hate having the same weather year round.

I'd rather hvae warm to hot weather all the time than this weather change. Just like on any other material, the constant changes in weather take their toll on the body. If I want to see colored leaves and snow I'll read a magazine or watch a movie.

Illinois is like that too. 66 yesterday to 34 now. Around here we say, if you don't like the weather, wait 5 mins. I've seen a chain e-mail that says one of the ways you know you're in Illinois is if you've ever used the heater and the AC in the same day.
