Yeah Baby!!! New Low For Me!
I was 243 this morning. Finally it looks like I'm coming out of a several month plateau on advice from the friend of mine that originally taught me how to start losing weight.
I dropped the calories despite thinknig it wasn't going to work and thinknig i was already eating too little. After 2 weeks i saw 1lb loss, then after this 3rd week I dropped 2 more lbs so it looks like it's starting to come off again.
This morning i was 243 and that means I am 1lb away from hitting the 100lb weight loss mark.
I just wanted to post this because alot of people on this board have a hand in helping me along the way. I think when I first came to this board i was about 330lbs or so.

Great job and thanks for sharing.
You are getting close to that century mark for lbs. lost. Won't that be a cause to celebrate by loading up on extra carrot sticks and broccoli.
Keep the pedal to the metal!

It means that what works for one may not work for another. Your caloric intake may have to be lower than you think for the actual weight loss. I meant nothin but that.

I actually think with the lenght of time I've been trying to cut, my metabolism is probably in the crapper, so I really have to limit calories now to get it to move. But I tried to eat more and more for awhile and really didn't go anywhere, strength didn't change either, and really nothing was happening. So, it was either drop the calories lower than i wanted or increase them high for awhile to see what happens. When in doubt with diet, lower calories, that's my theory, speaking from an endo/meso point of view.

Nice work. I bet you feel 100% better carrying 99 less pounds around everyday.
Just curious, how tall are you?

I said a long time ago that it was only a matter of time before we were going to see a Firehawk 6-pack picture.
