Not even sure if i'm actually going to use any PH's or not, but i'm considering it because i have a small time frame i'm working with here to try and gain a good deal of weight (before the upcoming basketball season). I transferred schools so i've got to try and walk-on for the team, which won the DII National Championship this year, so needless to say being in top shape would help a lot. I've been working out for about 3 years now, and i've gotten my diet into shape this summer. i usually eat around 300g of protein a day, stay away from sugars and white-bread types of carbs and eat a low amount of fats per day. 6+ meals a day, i eat every 3 hours or so, but twice within the three hours after working out. end the night with protein and
fibrous carbs, like celery, etc.
Correct me if i'm wrong on any of this. From what i've read up on, it sounds like either 1-AD + 4-AD or 1-Test + 4-AD are the best two stacks for
gaining mass in terms of PH. 1-AD converts into 1-Test once inside the body, am i correct? And 1-Test products seem to contain a LOT less in terms of mg than 1-AD products do, at least in the ones that i looked at.
Question 1. What exactly is the difference between 1-Test and 1-AD?
1-AD is also pretty damned expensive so if 1-Test works just fine i'd MUCH rather take 1-Test. I really don't want to take M1T because from what i've seen, it has some fkn bad side effects. As far as the 4-AD goes, i trust AST so i'd be buying their 4-Androdiol 250 Mg. For 1-Test the things that i've been looking at for the moment at least are between IDS METHYL 1-TESTOSTERONE XTREME and Legal Gear Methyl 1-Test.
Question 2. Does anyone know anything about these products in terms of their integrity or people who have used them? Or are there better products i just haven't found\considered? Basically who makes good 1-Test products.
As far as stacking them goes, i've seen basically ranges from 300-900 mg a day of 4-AD, and the same for 1-AD. But what about with 1-Test since the amounts the products have are so much smaller? They recommend 10-20mg a day but is that really enough?
Question 3. What would be an estimated good dosage for a 19 year old male, 6'4 185lbs?
I've also heard that i would still need to do some PCT, even if i'm only doing one cycle of this stuff. So that brings us to the next question...
Question 4. Is that Oxo6 (is that what it's called? i cant remember now) good enough for a PCT of 1-Test + 4-AD? What dosages of that should i use? And i have an off-cycle for the same amount of time as i had an on-cycle?
