1-Test, 1-AD, 4-AD Questions


Not even sure if i'm actually going to use any PH's or not, but i'm considering it because i have a small time frame i'm working with here to try and gain a good deal of weight (before the upcoming basketball season). I transferred schools so i've got to try and walk-on for the team, which won the DII National Championship this year, so needless to say being in top shape would help a lot. I've been working out for about 3 years now, and i've gotten my diet into shape this summer. i usually eat around 300g of protein a day, stay away from sugars and white-bread types of carbs and eat a low amount of fats per day. 6+ meals a day, i eat every 3 hours or so, but twice within the three hours after working out. end the night with protein and fibrous carbs, like celery, etc.

Correct me if i'm wrong on any of this. From what i've read up on, it sounds like either 1-AD + 4-AD or 1-Test + 4-AD are the best two stacks for gaining mass in terms of PH. 1-AD converts into 1-Test once inside the body, am i correct? And 1-Test products seem to contain a LOT less in terms of mg than 1-AD products do, at least in the ones that i looked at.

Question 1. What exactly is the difference between 1-Test and 1-AD?

1-AD is also pretty damned expensive so if 1-Test works just fine i'd MUCH rather take 1-Test. I really don't want to take M1T because from what i've seen, it has some fkn bad side effects. As far as the 4-AD goes, i trust AST so i'd be buying their 4-Androdiol 250 Mg. For 1-Test the things that i've been looking at for the moment at least are between IDS METHYL 1-TESTOSTERONE XTREME and Legal Gear Methyl 1-Test.

Question 2. Does anyone know anything about these products in terms of their integrity or people who have used them? Or are there better products i just haven't found\considered? Basically who makes good 1-Test products.

As far as stacking them goes, i've seen basically ranges from 300-900 mg a day of 4-AD, and the same for 1-AD. But what about with 1-Test since the amounts the products have are so much smaller? They recommend 10-20mg a day but is that really enough?

Question 3. What would be an estimated good dosage for a 19 year old male, 6'4 185lbs?

I've also heard that i would still need to do some PCT, even if i'm only doing one cycle of this stuff. So that brings us to the next question...

Question 4. Is that Oxo6 (is that what it's called? i cant remember now) good enough for a PCT of 1-Test + 4-AD? What dosages of that should i use? And i have an off-cycle for the same amount of time as i had an on-cycle?

That's all for now i guess, if i'm wrong about anything or if you can answer any of my questions, by all means please do, i'm open to any kind of advice.

I've done 4 weeks of 1AD/4AD. I gained 10 pounds. If you want that extra 10 pounds, go for it. Personally, I didn't like my balls looking like Cap N' Crunch berries, but everyone has his/her opinion. Make sure you use PCT, 6-Oxo.

trHawT I totally agree, PH's are not my favorite thing in the world that is for sure! But good post on the 6-OXO that is definetely a must PCT, otherwise you could run into some major problems.

If I am just about to start taking 1-test after how long would I i start taking 6oxo to counteract the side effects of the test.

I'm not going to give advice on PH's except to say if your going to do them, do them soon, ban in effect in a couple of months if not sooner. And use nolvadex for PCT :

As far as your diet "i usually eat around 300g of protein a day", how much do you weigh? I would cut the protien down to a little over your bodyweight in grams and maybe increase the carb intake a little.

Also you can ask Beef about his cycle he did 1T/4ad and hes pretty strong and thats one of the most recommended/safest PH cycles to do, if you choose transdermal delivery, SUperone + comes to mind.

i weigh 185. i looked back over my diet the past week and 300 was an overshot. more like 250ish is a more accurate number.

i know that, i never said i did jackal. i'm saying the strength\size benefits would help me greatly, but obviously it is not essential.
