my opinion is that at 15 you don't need any supps to get in shape. Just lift, do cardio and eat clean and you will be fine.

i'm 15 and i'm taking hydroxycut. Go for it. I've been on it for 3 weeks.. no really significant weight loss. Hard to sleep at night sometimes though just be sure to not take it after 5:00. Too bad there wasn't diet pills containing Ephdra though

Just curious, why are you people that are so young taking this stuff ? You haven't even got a steady metabolism at that age, it's all over the place...go running outside in the summer running or biking and whatnot, it'll fall off.

YOU ARE BOTH TOO YOUNG!!!!!!! Watch what you eat. Meaning: Curtail all the pizza, candy, soda, and other junk foods that we all seemed to crave consistently in our teenage years. Since you are both only 15-16 years old, then your body's natural metabolism should be reasonably high...Couple that with being aware of what you put in your body should give you the results you're looking for.

I fear that we will have a generation of people that will suffer nasty long term effects of all of these PH's and other OTC steroids since many young lifters are going about these items w/o knowing JACK about them. (Please note: I am in no way confusing Hydroxycut with PH or other OTC steroids.)

ok, i'm 16 and i lost about 70 lbs and it doesn't matter how many supplements you take granted they will work because I took hydroxycut when I was 14 or 15 and i lost about fifty pounds. But then I started to get dizzy, and have a lot of those damn side affects, and I guess our bodies can't handle it until we're 18 because I became like anemic. So anyways, I stopped and then it went all downhill, your cravings will become so god damn powerful you gain every pound back and more ( I was 215 before and then got to be 235). So then I dicided **** it i'm not doiing this bull**** supplements that cost a fortune and the second you stop taking them you're screwed. Then I learned all I really needed to do was stop eat all the crap like donuts, ice cream, etc. and just change your habits. Go to a dietrician have her teach you stuff. And what really worked for me is that I got two books. One that I log what I eat everyday and another one that shows you all the calories, carbs, fat, protein, etc for literally every food known to man. Well anyways do whatever you want but if you wanna try this you can get the books on Calorieking.com. Oh by the way now i am 5'6 and 170 which still isn't great but i've been losing weight slowly and getting more toned up and built.
