2 weeks of non training, supplemented with protein shakes a good idea?
Hello people out there, it's newbie Peh here seeking for help again! This time, it's a question on if taking any protein shakes or whey protein for 2 weeks without training will have any side effects? I have to report for national reservist for 2 weeks, and for 2 weeks, I won't be able to train, I'm afraid, I might shrink big time, that's why I came up with the idea of taking protein shakes. Please leave your suggestions.
