7-Keto safe for how long?

I've read all about 7-keto from differen't threads and so I purchased a small bottle of twinlab formula. It says 2-4 capsules a day (Im a pretty small person so I take just two) and I was wondering when I should break from taking the pills and how many weeks of being on 7-keto is too much?
Thanks

I've never heard that 7-Keto should be cycled for fear of safety issues. One way to use it if you are concerned is to use it for 8-12 weeks while dieting to lose fat and then take a break for a week or two or stop altogether when you reach your desired % bodyfat/bodyweight.

You could also have you doctor do bloodwork every couple of months to extra certain. Not a bad idea when dieting to make sure thyroid function is okay to keep your diet on track.

Why do you recommend a 5 on 2 off schedule for 7-keto? Never heard of this before for this supplement and curious how it will be beneficial.

i have used 7-keto to great effect in the past. the reason i said 5 on and 2 off is that it shocks the body into responding after a short break. also these were the recommended dosages. to get good results with 7-keto use for 2mths straight.

Thanks a lot I'll try the 5 day thing. I have another question, though. I was looking online for cheaper buys of 7-keto and I found some for really cheap but the selling line is that the bottles are dated for 03 but the "pills are good for up to 2 years after."
does anyone know if thats actually true or if they're just trying to sell stuff that no longer works?
Should I just stick with the fresh stuff?
Thanks
