I have a few questions regarding protein and creatine. First of all, is it a good idea to take creatine right from the get-go when starting a bulking/strength program? I don't have alot of previous experience
weight lifting but as I get into it I do intend to eventually use creatine. I've read into creatine systems but I can't fully figure out how this works. I assume after your creatine
loading phase you would be taking the creatine post workout. How long after and would it be ok to mix your protein,creatine and dextrose all together for a post workout shake/drink?
Another concern I have with creatine use: My cholesterol level is high(apparently due to genes). Is it safe to take while on cholesterol lowering drugs? I am not sure what type I will end up being subscribed at this point, but it is something I would like to be informed on.
