a friend of mine gave me this....it's called " MEGA MAXX 2000 " I take once a day after a workout as a recovery drink....It has all kind of ......I dont know things in it....so does this stuff ok or should I get somthing better...or that it will do fine for now and when I'll finish it to buy somthing better...??....

I'm glad to hear you take supplements without knowing what they are, what's in them, and how to use them.
I think thats one of the most frustrating things to deal with on these types of forums. The "I have a tub of (insert supplement here), what does it do, when do I take it, and how long til it makes my muscles huge?" questions are a little tough to deal with. It gives the impression that you want the quick answer (and subsequently quick results) without actually knowing the means or having the foresight to actually get your diet in check.
KMA, at your level, you'd do best to learn how to eat properly first, before turning to pills, potions, and lotions. that stuff will not compensate you for inadequate nutrition - at best, you'll get no result, at worst, you'll pack on fat.
shove it in a dark, cool closet somewhere - it'll probably outlast a nuclear winter - and focus on getting enough protein and nutrients in your diet first.
