Ab-solved or Lipoderm for a Female??

Ok I did some searches on the board but still have questions. I am Female, 37 and 39% body Fat Anyway I have been circut training and watching my diet I am starting to see results. I do have a stomach and it jiggles + love handles and back fat? What would be the best product for me to start with -the Ab-Solved or Lipoderm for the fat or is there another product that would be better?. I would assume my fat is above the muscles. I hope someone can help me on this one to understand what would be best and if it would be worth it. Thanks!

At 39% bf, you have plenty of work to do on nutrition and workout routine before you think about supps. I would say it would be best to wait until you are at least 10% lower.

Luckily, when you first start working out (as you are noticing) the results should come pretty quick.

If you really want to try a supplement to "speed things up", I would recommend our new Sesathin. The results for the higher bodyfat percentages have been simply amazing, but I would definitely get your diet and workout routine dialed in first.
