Abs / Fat Burners


Hi All, Im a new member so be patient with me please hee hee, anyway .. ive only just started looking into the body building scene extensivly for the past few months even though ive been training for 3 years , and i have a few questions for anyone and everyone to help with please :

1) Whats all this about fat burners , how do they work , i live in th UK , what do you recommened as a cheap but effective one and how do i take it ?? p.s remember i dont know much about these so telling me all of them chemical names probably wont help sorry guys ill do my best.


2) Although i do all body workouts / 3 times weel with controlled diet , im starting to feel that pure hardwork isnt doing it for me now im at a certain point im not getting anywhere, but now ironman answered that one for me in another post , but ironman i need another hint , what can i do to really work my abs and start to see good results , i have a good upper body , and my legs arent that bad but my stomach although strong , i cant see any muscle there , might sound stupid ? but anyway any help from anyone with good workout for abs please help me along

Lee, I wish I knew how to answer this one. I absolutely hate ab work. What I usually do is rotate incline crunches, hanging leg ups, and ab wheel for my stomach. I haven't found any really super exercise that is easy to do that shows good results.

As for fat burners, they raise your metabolic rate so you burn fat faster. They are usually a mixture of ephedrine, caffine and asprine. There is a new one out called usnic acid that is supposed to be a fat uncoupler on the order of DNP, but safer. Looking into using it. If I do, I'll make sure to post the results.

As always ironman , thanks for your answer it was very much appriciated ill look into the fat burners for a bit , be sure to post your results if you try that new one out , cheers mate.
