Ok, its been about two weeks. I really can't say that I've noticed anything yet. I'll keep taking 3 of these things a day and see what happens until the bottle is gone. I have not seen any increase in my lifts yet. -This product has not killed me... nor have I had any side effects from it. I haven't seen the effects that it should have... I'll give it more time. It may turn out that creatine alone is the way to go. I am still taking it with this product.

Ok, finished my first 90 tabs. I can't say it did much for me. I was taking 3 pills a day. 2 in the morning and 1 after my midday meal.

Maybe it could be the creatine I am taking as well I can't say I've seen any real differnce in my lifts.... So I gotta say that it's all hype! Stick with creatine it is cheaper and there is hard science behind it!

Thumbs up

Adenergy

I have been taking Adenergy for 3 weeks now and have had some improvements. I've lost some weight around the midsection and noticed some gains in my weightlifting. All in all I am pleased with this product. :

The majority of reviews on 1fast400.com are from disgruntled customers who say it doesn't do anything. Have to say I was excited about this product too. Has anyone who isn't using creatine tried this product?
