Adios Slimming aid?

My Mrs told me she was going to get this slimming aid pill called Adios to help her lose some weight for the summer. Ive already sorted her diet out for her best i can but she knows summer is on the way. I told her she wasnt buying anything until id seen the ingrediants. When i did see them i'd never heard of them. Here they are:

Each tablet contains:
Butternut 20mg,
Dandelion Root 30mg,
dry extract of Boldo 34mg,
dry extract of Fucus 45mg.
Take one tablet with each meal. (3 - 4 times a day)

Does anyone know anything about the tablet, or what theose combined ingrediants would do? The site says it increases metabolism...

Fucus is a type of alge/seaweed that is supposed to decrease the appetite and boost the metabolism.

Boldo is an herb from Chile. The extract is used as a stimulant.

Dandelion Root is a blood, kidney, and liver cleanser. It is also a diuretic.
