Aftertaste with protein shakes?

I've noticed something. Every time I have a protein shake to drink, it leaves this aftertaste in my mouth almost all day. It's kind of a dry feeling in my mouth and I constantly have to drink water to get rid of it until it comes back. Is there any way to cure this or has anyone else noticed the same thing?

Yeah, get a different kind of protein powder. There's some really good ones out there. Which kind do you have?
