Do you guys think any of their products are quality enough to match the hype or is this just the same marketing blitz being used by Dana White and the UFC / Spike TV that Bill Phillips used back in the mid nineties with the EAS craze. (Which admittedly i feel into).
Just getting your opinions....I'd probably only try the bars or maybe the creatine for supplementation as i've grown out of the $50 a week on supps phase!
Thanks.

Balanced, whole food diet, protein/carbs/natural-healthy fats.
Suppliment with whey protien/milk/add a banana if you wish, creatine postworkout only (use with dextrose koolaid or even sugar koolaid if it's all that's available).
How much do I spend on suppliments in a month? 20-30.00 for protein/ 11.00 for creatine to last two months. How much did I gain since July? 30lbs. Don't spend too much money, keep it simple and CHEAP.

I just get either the life extension brand of pure creatine monohydrate and make my own dextrose/creatine mix. Life extension is about 30.00 for a 6 month supply.
Sometimes I stop at walmart and get the body fortress creatine with the dextrose already added for 11.00 a tub which lasts a couple of months. Got a free tub sitting in the cabinet right now that a friend gave me because he switched to CEE.

thats a really good deal. i may just have to go get myself a some of that life extension creatine. its hard to believe that cellmass at my local GNC is something like 75.00 + tax for a 20 day supply, you have to wonder how much profit there makeing off that stuff!
I can't recall reading any reviews on any of their products. But my feel is that they're all hype. Protein, creatine, and a vitamin pack will do you well.
I get most of my supps from Trueprotein.com. Their service is average, but their products are top of the line, and dirt cheap.
