Hey corple, no I am not an idiot and neither are you. When I post something I am telling you from experience. I do not claim to be god, and when I said take handfuls, I was referring to me.
My advice to you was to take them with some toast to cover the empty stomach. If this keeps you from getting sick. I do the handful thing because I have been doing it for a long time. That does not constitute an idiot.
You can take aminos in the morning, before you workout, and after you workout, and then at bedtime. Your body is a big amino, so why not feed it.
Sorry for the wrong interpretation, just ask next time, I will explain.

oh sorry for what i said bro. but at first thought, it just seemed crazy to take a handful of any pill. but thinking about it, its just aminos, so more couldnt possible hurt. i guess... but, can you tell me exactly what they do?
