Aminos are best utilized with meals. They can greatly improve the
amino acid profile of each meal.
Creatine can be used before, after, or before and after workout. If it is not a
micronized creatine, if it contains a sugar transport for instance, like Celltech(75 gr. per serving), I would only use it post workout with your protein for max uptake. An insulin spike like that pre workout if not timed correctly could lead to a hard crash, and very low energy.
Steroids are never good, let alone safe. Remember, your health should be the reason you undertake this healthy eating and working out anyway. Protect it first and foremost. Steroids compromise your health.
