Any good pill-form supplements out there (preferable a creatine or No2 type thing)

I used to take San V-12 which was great. It worked wonderfully but I could not for the life of me stomach the taste. I know there are pill-form supplements out there. I guess the real question I am asking is if these are the same in regards to affectiveness as powder sups are.

what do you think is in those caps?

powder.

I actually prefer to buy pure, bulk powders and cap them myself (or mix it in a small amount of water and chug it real fast to avoid the taste). It cheaper this way, and you even get more product.

why even take powdered creatine? Truely pointless, just scoop the powder in your mouth and wash it down with water it really isnt that bad.

Creatine doesn't really have much of a taste, though I guess the texture of powder in your mouth might bother some people.

Prolabs is your best bet. It's just as effective as any other standalone creatine I've tried, and it's cheap.

I also agree with Cort on the taste. It's not like you need to swish it around in your mouth like a fine wine. Dump the scoop in and wash it down!

I like creaform by primaforce i believe a kilo is about 20 bucks that will last a long time. Also the other brand i like alot is allthewhey.com they have a nice micronized monohydrate that can be had for a very reasonable price also. Both are worth taking a look at.
