now this a better place for you... like I said stay away from test boosters for a few more years....

as for vascularity goes.. any Nitic Oxide formula will work, like NOXplode is the most popular brnd... I used NXcares - VASO. alls any of these are really though is a combo of L-arginine and Ornithine... these are both aminos that can be found in various foods also.... not sure what types of foods tho. but you could also just buy an arginine supplement, like a powder or somthin to save money.

im not sure if you know what the point of higher vascularity is?
if you dont know, the purpose is as basic as, make your highway (bloodstream) bigger. so that way you can get the ambulance (insulin, protiens, aminos, vitamins, minerals) to the hospital quicker (the muscles and joints and whatever else needs to be recovered) its as simple as that... obviously it will increase your blood pressure... prolly shouldnt take this if your one of those guys that like to recreationally use viagra just for the fun of it when youre with your girl. viagra is the same idea... its just concentrated in one particular area.

As Westside stated any nitric oxide supp. will increase vascularity, but in my opinion they are all a waste of money. There are two things that contribute to vascularity; one, genetics, you cant do anything about, the other, body fat, you can. So I would say if you are worried about vascularity focus on getting your bf% lower rather than looking for a supp. to provide only a temporary solution.

Why do you want to take a growth hormone booster?

There isnt a supplement that can take the place of hard work and dedication in the gym man. If your not seeing results with what you are currently doing its time to take a look at your routine and make some changes, not to look for some magical supplement to fix everything.

Just out of curiosity are you doing squats? If you're looking for increased growth hormone production this will do the trick, and they dont cost a thing.
