BCAA's are an important part of your daily nutrition and bodybuilding. The branched-chain amino acids are leucine, isoleucine, and valine. BCAAs are considered essential amino acids because human beings cannot survive unless these amino acids are present in the diet. They are used by the body for many different functions, including muscle repair, nitrogen retention, glycogen uptake, etc etc... believe me, they are important, and if you look at any quality whey protein, BCAA's are included (and their amounts usually listed) on the back of the container or package.

Some of them are legal about anywhere - even in the US. With a proper prescription from a physician for a valid medical reason. Don't bother asking the doc if you don't have a valid reason though - they can get in a great deal of trouble prescribing them just because someone wants to get big. Now in mexico on the other hand... Now I know why that big guy goes to mexico for his vacation twice a year, I thought it was for the water all this time.

Doesn't look to me like its real just by the layout of the site.
Oh so canada is good for something else than Maple Syrup ? hehe good thing I live here as well. I think there is way to much freedom in Canada.

How would you ever make it across the border? I hear it's pretty tight.

Not sure about in Texas but it really wasn't that bad in California. Me and the rest of my family got over and back with little hassle. I didn't even need my passport.

I made a 2 day business trip to Juarez in February. At that time it was pretty simple--just drive across. Once on the Mexican side, stop at Immigration and fill out a form stating purpose of visit. I showed a US birth certificate & DL. There was a steady, heavy flow of traffic from El Paso to Juarez across the border morning and the other way in the evening of folks who work on the side of the border and live on the other. Getting back across just required stopping on the US side and identifying oneself to a US customs officer.

I've read reports that it may be getting much tougher and will require a passport next year.
