I found a new supplement that I am thinking about using after I take all of my Mega Whey. It is called Growtein a guy my dad works with is on it and he is growing out of his shirts needless to say I want to try it and I was just wondering if anyone here has tryed it. I included a link because this stuff contains "5-Methyl-7-Methoxy-Isoflavone" and I was wondering if this could harm you. I am just looking for some information hopefully from someone that has used it.
OK I talked to the guy my dad works with today and got all the info I need. Growtein is pretty new and only has been released for a few months and if the results this guy got are anywhere near average I am sure the people on the forum will hear about it soon. Thanks for trying to help everyone, but I got it covered.

I guess the only way is to try it out , although he may be growing out of his shirt so to speak because of other matters, e.g his training , his diet. or it could be this new stuff , hmm , let us know
Well, I have gotten to know this guy over the years and it is NOT because of his diet. He does have more/better equipment then I do and he uses it well, but I think i can get the same results I just need to be a little creative and work more muscle groups with my equipment, but I think I can manage. It will be another month at least until I use up the rest of my Mega Whey, but once I get on this stuff I will tell you guys how it is.
