Are there any supplements that will supplement for food?


the 'juice bar' at my gym sells supps and im wondering if there are any i could take instead of breakfast, like a shake or something

i don't want to look stupid when i go there (kind of hard ) so im asking first

will a protein shake do me ok for breakfast? :confused:

That might do just fine for you, particularly as early as you're talking about (about 5:00 AM ... from other post). Make sure that the serving size is not so large that it interfers with your ability to get through an effective routine.

I'm normally in such a hurry to get to work by 7:00 that I complete my lifts then have ON natural vanilla shake with an Ezekial raisen bread toast, but sometimes even the toast gets skipped. I have to pass on the wifes egg breakfasts since my cholersterol is a tad high.

I get up at 8 and am just not terribly hungry, but if I don't eat until lunch, I feel like I'm starving and 'over-eat' I remedied this by having a shake in the morning and I've been just fine with that.
