armour thyroid


hi-can anyone tell me what an optimum dose for fat loss on armour thyroid is?

Don't know the optimum dose but Armour thyroid is a combination of T3 and T4. T3 products (like Cytomel) need to be taken twice a day to provide a steady concentration of thyroid hormone as it has a much shorter half-life than T4.

Thanks-think i found it now though in cme at elite fitness:
1-4 grains/day
1 grain=60mcg
